Virtual Server should become inactive if minimum number of servers available in pool drops below threshold

Hi,

 

We are working on LTM deployment with v11.3.0 & have following requirement:

 

When number of pool members available in pool drops below certain threshold, entire pool should become unavailable so that GTM can failover the requests to DR. Can we achieve the same by using priority group activation feature and assigning same priority to all pool members?

    I think you're better off establishing what your max acceptable connection count is per server and setting that on the pool members. That way, if enough pool members drop out, the connection counts on the other servers will exceed their connection limit, and when that happens on all of them, the vip will be unavailable.
