Virtual Desktop not getting IP from lease pool from APM VPN (physical desktops gets an IP)
Does anyone know if VMWare virtual desktops have a setting that prevents a PPP IP to be assigned to the host? I am able to get the APM VPN to work from my physical desktop but not from my virtual desktop. From what I can see in the logs the physical desktops are able to be assigned an IP but the virtual desktop is not able to be assigned an IP and the session terminates.

Please let me know if anyone has run into a similar situation.
Thanks - John
Enabling the Secure Socket Tunneling Protocol Service on the virtual desktop fixed the issue I was having.
Looking at the Windows Systems logs it looks like the virtual desktops have the Secure Socket Tunneling Protocol Service disabled. This service is needed by the Remote Access Connection Manager which is needed for the APM VPN to work. I'll give another update once I can get the Virtual team to enable this service.
