VIP pool members listing

Can somebody please suggest a way to query a particular VIPs pool members externally?

 

Basically, we need to know active and notactive pool members for a particular VIP?

 

Can this be done via tmsh?

 

What are my other alternatives? Can this be done via iControl? can you please give an example?

 

We running 11.4.
