dose F5 BIG ip support the Reverse Proxy in GET/POST Call?. if i use SNAT the GET/POST call can be pass via VIP for Outbound and Inbound traffic?

If you are talking about iControl REST for controlling F5, you need to be on 11.5+ code. If you are talking about creating a VIP to load balance HTTP protocol for REST API, yes F5 can support it.
