VIP connection lose intermittently

I am new to F5 and have configured a BIG-IP 2000. Facing an issue with VIP, its pinging every time but intermittent connection lose in explorer(IE,mozila etc.). Please suggest how I can resolve this .

 

Platform:- BIG-IP 2000

 

Software version :- BIG-IP v11.5.4 (Build 0.0.256)

    please, give more detail. What do you mean 'intermittent connection lose'? Have you got any tcpdump output? What do you see in your browser? Could you attach it?

    Can you please post vip configuratons and let us know whether you are seeing timeout error for your application? if yes, please verify tcp and persistnece profile timeout values.
