vCMP Radius authentication

I have created Radius authentication on the "Admin" i7800 and it works without issue. I have created a guest vCMP and have attempted to add Radius authentication within it but receive an error that it already exists. I have another setup that I did in reverse and created the authentication on the vCMP first then on the admin without issue. Is this by design as we will have add other guests to this deployment.
