First, I would definitely open a case with F5 support for this issue; it very much seems like a bug. Second, you might want to consider rewriting your iRule to use the table command instead of all those global arrays. The Wiki page has a link to an extensive tutorial on that command. I suspect it will make your rule run much more quickly, and it will be CMP compatible as well.
