Using v13 Default Cipher in v12
Hello,
im curious if I should use Default Ciphers from the newest BIG-IP version 13 for my F5, using 12.1.0 HF2. Cause the Default Ciphers in v13 are defined by new standards I assume.
Does this way of thinking make sense for you?
Greetings and thanks for your advice, Maximilian Martin

Hello,
It really depends on what you want to achieve. Here you can find information about what default ciphers are used in the different versions(11-13). https://support.f5.com/csp/article/K13156

Normally we don't upgrade ciphers unless we upgrade bip ip version, because we think it is good idea align version and default ciphers.
