uploaded a new iApp, now how do I get it verified? f5.microsoft_exchange_2010_2013_cas.v1.5.0
like all the rest of the "f5 iApps" that say "F5 Verified"

No worries. Only iApps installed with the TMOS are F5 Verified. If you have downloaded f5.microsoft_exchange_2010_2013_cas.v1.5.0 and you did not make any change in it, your iApp is supported.
The Logo F5 Verified is not important.
