Upgrade to 'BIGIP-15.1.0.5-0.0.8 (Could not access configuration source; sda, 1)
Hi guys,
I'm trying to upgrade my VE appliance from 'BIGIP-15.1.0.5-0.0.8.iso' to 'BIGIP-17.1.1.4-0.0.9.iso.'
First, I need to upgrade my HD1.2 partition from 'BIGIP-14.1.2-0.0.37.iso' to 'BIGIP-15.1.0.5-0.0.8.iso.'
I previously managed to upgrade the active partition HD1.1, but now it doesn't seem to work.
Has anyone faced a similar issue?

Hi cristianF5,
Could you try to create the new instance using the command line? sometimes the GUI fails, and the command is:
tmsh install sys software image BIGIP-15.1.0.5-0.0.8.iso volume HD1.3 create volume
use this command to validate the installation status
tmsh show sys software status
Hope it works.
Hi Cristian
can you try to create a new partition, for example HD1.3 and install in that partition?
Try that please.
Can you provide what hardware you virtualice that F5 VE enviorament?
cheers

Hello Criss,
Have you tried to delete and re-install the desired boot image? Unable to copy configuration and boot new software version
