Updating BIG-IP Edge Client for the BIG-IP APM system and disk 100% full
hi expert
i want to instal new bigip apm client on f5 but when i show df -h on file /dev/loop0 use 100%, how to fix this ?
is it ok to install bigip apm client because i want to install version from 7.2.2.2 to 7.2.4.1
should i remove existing version to new version or just import to bigip ?
thanks
Use this procedure to upgrade the client:
https://my.f5.com/manage/s/article/K23159056
The GUI you see there allows you to add, delete, and select the "currently active on the box" versions. You should delete the old ones.
The df -h output indicating 100% full is because the desktop edge clients are distributed as a read-only ISO file that is mounted on a loop device. This mount method is typical for linux and allows the ISOs to be swapped easily on a running system.
