NimbostratusUnable to view/open the PDF on any browsers (Up-To-Date)
I have a SSL configuration for one of the application https://abc.com on F5 LTM (11.6.1). When user trying from public network they are able to open PDF inside https://abc.com ,but when trying with VPN and local LAN unable to do so. I have tried with cache-control iRule but did not work out.
Please assist on this.

what do you mean with SSL configuration? virtual server with SSL offloading?
with opening a pdf inside https://abc.com you mean there is a link on the website to a pdf? is the pdf located on https://abc.com? so like https://abc.com/pdfs/document.pdf?
you can access https://abc.com from inside? just not the pdf?
TridipLenka_316i can access https://abc.com but cant open any pdf in the attachment....it prompt in new browser but its totally blank.

attachment? are you talking about an email client now?
please check both links you access. are they really the same or is there something different?
