Unable to sync active and standby device
Hi Guys,
I tried to sync active and standby device manually but its not syncing. Please anyone please let me know the cause of it?

Provide the error you are facing, several cause you can get it on You should first verify that the required configuration elements are set for all device group members. If the required elements are set, then attempt a ConfigSync operation. If ConfigSync fails, the BIG-IP system generates Sync status messages that you can use to diagnose the issue.

To sync the configurations following conditions should met.
- NTP should be same on both the devices
- You need to use admin username for sync configurations and passwords should be same on bot h the devices for admin account
- Verify which interface ip you are using for Sync conifgurations. Both should use same sync interface IP and they should be able to to telnet from device A to device B and viceversa.
Please paste sync error to this forum.
