NimbostratusUnable to save changes made in bigip_base.conf
Hello,
I'm running into problems trying to save changes made in the bigip_base.conf file. Using v11.5
My steps:
- make changes
- esc :wq - to save and quit
- tmsh load /sys config
- check bigip_base.conf file - changes are there
- tmsh save /sys config6. changes are gone.
The same changes and procedures to save in v11.3 were successful.

try a tmsh load /sys config verify and see if there are any issues.

Thanks for your reply. I tried that yesterday as well but was unsuccessful.
What I did to make the changes permanent was to copy the bigip_base.conf file, make changes on the copy and then replace the original with the copy. That was the only way I found to work.
What was odd is that none of the other files that the same issues.
