Unable to present multiple VMWare Remote Desktops on one webtop with APM

We have recently began using the APM for having users logon and be presented with their VMWare View Pools for remote access. We have 2 environments that we are asked to make available to specific users as one environment is for persistent desktops (POD X) while the other has unique pools for remote use (POD Z). When the remote desktops for these are assigned in the Policy manager they both work great and users love it. However, when we assign both remote desktops in the policy manager only the pools from POD Z will work, while POD X logs in correctly and presents the pools they prompt for the user to re-authenticate and then states there is a network error and closes. Both pods were created on the F5 using the iApp f5.vmware_view.v1.2.0, and the VMWare is 5.2. Any input would be great as this is quickly growing and users want to see both pods presented and working.
