Unable to install management pack on windows 2008

Figured it out fight after I posted this. I forgot to add the F5 service account user as a local administrator.

 

 

However I'm having another problem which may or may not be related to the installation. When I try to Discover F5 Devices from SCOM, I get the following error:

 

 

Application: c:\program files\F5 Networks\ManagementPack\f5mpgui.exe

 

Parameters: -DiscoverDevices

 

 

Error message: The system cannot find the file specified.

 

 

I have checked and the file does exist in the location specified
