Dec 06, 2018That should indicate that the blade is powered on, but not yet booted. It is possible that the system doesn't like the thumb drive. I have not seen this, but I have heard of it. Trying a different brand or size of thumb drive may resolve this. I'm sure you've already seen these, but check out:

If none of the above help, and you have confirmed that your terminal settings are correct (likely since you can see AOM), I would open a support case.
