Unable to Access vip

I am new to this, I have glanced the forum for past three days I am unable to resolve the issue     I am unable to access the vip(192.168.0.240:80) from my windows 7 pc, I enabled the snat optio...

192.168.0.0/24 is management subnet. virtual server has to be reachable via tmm subnet e.g. internal vlan, external vlan.
