I tried to assigned HTTP Profile (Client) to the Virtual Server as http & http-transparent as well one by on, but same issue

Can you show us the configuration of the virtual server?

tmsh list ltm virtual {virtual-server name}

    you forgot to associate an HTTP profile as mentioned above , your virtual server has only one TCP profile configured on your screen.

    Assigned the http profile below snapshot is for your reference but same result.

    Check below message when we tried to access the http web from external to internal
