Two Way SSL Authentication (Client Cert) in F5 Server based on Application server

We have two internet application . Now we have requirement is that One Internet application should have two way SSL Authentication (Client cert Enabled) and Second one shouldn't have but both belong to same load balancer access via same F5 load balancing server.

So After we enabled two Way SSL Authentication (Client Cert) in F5 Server . So both the application required client cert to access the application . Without that we can't access both .

So is there any way to achieve in F5 Load balancer is that one application can have client cert authentication option enable and other application doesn't require client cert to access it.

Please provide your thought and suggest some solution
