EmployeeThis might be a "reverse proxy problem". Is the site doing SSL on the outside of the F5, and/or using different URLs between inside and outside?
The first I'd do is start a client side capture (HTTPWatch, Fiddler, etc.) and look at what the browser is doing. You'll likely see the browser attempt to access some URL that doesn't exist external to the environment (why it works on the inside). If you find a bad URL, look for this URL in a previous response.
