AltocumulusTRIGGERRED EMAIL ALERTS ON THE F5
Hi Guys, Happy new year!!!
So like we all know, when we trigger alerts on the F5 using the User alert.conf script, what is received as a mail is a very long subject describing the alert. But this subject may have just been the body since it is an explicit description of the alert. Currently the body is so short and unspecfic.
IS there a way to tweak this?

Hi Oreoluwa,
The email Subject is the exact message logged to the /var/log/ltm file and you cannot modify it in user_alert.conf

I think you can change subject via using exec command.
