Time for updating in EM

Hi folks,

I had an issue logging into couple of devices. i could able to login into everyother device (domain name) other than these 2 GTMs. My self with one other my friend had this issue and we were able to login using the IP address but not using the domain name. So i tried to delete the names and add back again and now it looks working. (added on friday and checked back on tuesday) how long does it take for EM to push back the new users added?. What could be the problem for that (able to login using IP but not using domain name)? Would that occur again for new users?
