The user is getting this message after she logs in saying "failed to download configuration"
The user is getting this message after she logs in saying "failed to download configuration". It shows the status as initiating and then after a few seconds this error shows up, the status changes to disconnected. The logs that I checked for this user show all the checks are successful, no issues. Please provide any insight into what might be causing this issue for this user alone, all of a sudden, from the last two days. What could be the problem for the download to fail?
Edge Client must download a file from the APM that contains properties of the available services.
Failed to download configuration indicates that it was not able to do that for some reason. The rest of the logs should reveal the reason, like a bad DNS response or bad HTTP response, proxy conflict, etc.
