The license for this device has expired.

Hi,

I got an F5 LTM here in our LAB which has the license expired. When I try to re-activate the license I follow the steps as indicated (copy the dossier on https://activate.f5.com/ and then copy the complete license files into the F5). The F5 then just comes back to the initial screen showing my license is expired ? What I'm doing wrong ?

I started up the F5 device in another code version (downgrade), it was running fine for some time till now.
