The Exam Studio site is only for the Practice Exams. The real exams are hosted by PearsonVUE.

 

First you will need to create an F5 Certified! account here: http://certification.f5.com

 

Then head to PearsonVUE to register for the exam: https://home.pearsonvue.com/f5
