TCP Express/Profile Optimization for Wi-Fi 6 Clients

I was wondering if anyone had any experience or recommendations on choosing TCP profiles for speed optimization on Wi-Fi networks?

We are currently testing Wi-Fi 6 capable handsets through a new Wi-Fi infrastructure, and were expecting speeds of up to 700/800Mb/sec, but generally get something around the 400Mb/sec + mark.

I have a dedicated standard VS for Wi-Fi 6 handsets with a TCP Protocol profile and have experimented with various lan-optimized/wan-optimized/mobile-optimized profiles but only get a difference of: + / - 50-100Mb/sec. I'm using Speedtest to test this, which as I understand uses HTTP/TCP.

Any insights/advice/recommendations on this would be greatly appreciated!
