OK, that might explain quite a bit then. Create a custom NTLM Pool and assign it to the Virtual Server and I suspect the tcl error will disappear at a minimum and probably all the other application issues too. OneConnect won't work very well and will break things without an NTLM Pool in place. Let us know how you get on.
