Syntax error trying to block a cipher

using this command tmsh create ltm profile server-ssl rc4-ssl ciphers "DEFAULT:!RSA_RC4:!ECDHE+RC4"

 

I get the following error... -bash: !RSA_RC4: event not found

 

How should the command look>

    update - I am trying to remove all the RC4 ciphers - version 11.4.1 - tmsh create ltm profile server-ssl rc4-vuln ciphers "DEFAULT:!RC4" gives me same error

    This solution doesn't tell me why I keep getting a syntax error on my attempt to remove create a profile without the RC4 in it.

     

    I need to get rid of the RC4 entries

    single quotes instead of double quotes makes all the difference!! thanks to the help desk!!
