support expirtaino

Hi all

My support for my Big IP 5050 has been expired about a month age. And I have forgotten to renew it. Now I want to buy a new support. Is there any fine for this and should I pay any more money for this delay?

    My experience was that there would be a small penalty fee charged for allowing your support contract to lapse.

    Check with your vendor as they will be able to definitively tell you whether you'd incur the penalty fee or not. Sooner the better in my experience.
