Subject: BIG-IP F5 WAF Status Offline and ASM Module Not Ready

I have recently installed the BIG-IP F5 WAF and completed the initial setup and license activation. However, I am facing the following issues:

1. WAF Status Offline: Despite activating the license and completing the initial setup, the status of the BIG-IP F5 WAF remains "OFFLINE". This status persists even though all initial configuration steps have been followed.
2. ASM Module Issue: After installing the ASM module, I am unable to access certain options under the Security section. The interface displays the message "ASM is not ready". This suggests that the ASM module is not fully operational or has not been properly configured.
