Streaming on LTM

I have an interesting situation where a solution behind the LTM is connecting to a dedicated stream that needs to be maintained at a certain speed.

 

 

If we connect to the server directly we can establish a solid speed, but when connecting though the LTM the speed drops to unacceptable levels.

 

 

 

Does anyone have any recommendations on how to set up / optimise the the LTM to get a stream load balanced at a similar speeds to direct server connections?

    Can you give us a little bit more information concerning the type of stream & protocols you're using? What's the config of your VIP look like? In line, Snat, any iruels etc? Can a Fast Layer 4 Virtual Server be used here? What about the connectivity of the actual LTM?
