Storefront configuration with BIG-IP APM

I'm trying to understand what configuration is required on StoreFront to integrate with BIG-IP APM.

 

I have reviewed the citrix-vdi-iapp-v1_1-dg.pdf and understand that StoreFront server configuration must be modified to point at the F5 XML Broker virtual server but require clarification on the hosts file entries.

 

The deployment guide states that the hosts file on each StoreFront server must be changed to;

 

127.0.0.1 citrix fqdn ::1citrix fqdn

 

Is this correct? or should the IP address be changed to the F5 XML Broker virtual server address?

 

Is the citrix fqdn the internal address to access the XenApp environment for example https://storefront.mydomain.com/Citrix/AppStoreWeb/?
