SSO Error between Enterprise Manager and LTM Device

Hi All

 

I recently upgraded LTM devices to 11.6.0HF4 and ever since then the SSO between the EM and LTM devices is not working as expected.

 

The GUI screen shows the role assigned as "UNKNOWN".

The user is not able to do anything, any ideas?
