SSO: Canonicalization algorithm (http://www.w3.org/TR/2001/REC-xml-c14n-20010315) from Authn Request is not supported
Hi, our IDP does not accept SAML requests from an external SP
logs
warning tmm1[19205]: 014d1502:4: /Common/SSO-V2:Common:a0ed343f:SAML SSO: Canonicalization algorithm (http://www.w3.org/TR/2001/REC-xml-c14n-20010315) from Authn Request is not supported
err tmm1[19205]: 014d1225:3: /Common/SSO-V2:Common:a0ed343f:SAML SSO: Error (12) parsing SAML Request
It's the first time we have this error with an external SP.
Which Canonicalization algorithm is/are supported by F5 ? and which canonicalization algorithm is used by F5 ? ( This SP does not accept IDP-Initiated SAML requests from our ID, I suppose for same reason)
Pascal
Hello Pascal, APM supports the Canonicalization Method Exclusive per SAML 2.0:
http://docs.oasis-open.org/security/saml/v2.0/saml-core-2.0-os.pdf
I can tell you APM specifically does not support https://www.w3.org/TR/2001/REC-xml-c14n-20010315
