TCP Nagle Algorithm

Does this mean if VS is having either HTTP/SSL profile , by defualt F5 will enforce Nagle algorithm irespective if have disabled Nagle algortihm under TCP profile ?
No. If you have purposely disable Nagle in the tcpprofile (set it to modify and left at disabled state), then the AutoNagle will not take effect is my understanging:
