SSL TPS vCMP

The question may have already been asked but I have seen several different answers on this subject (K6475 et K13067):

 

I have a Guest 4vCPU on a single blade b2150 with a basic license of 500 SSL TPS per core. I understand that I have 2000 SSL TPS (B2150 having 4 cores).

 

On the other hand I also note that the blade has a license of 10500 SSL TPS. According to K6475, i'm limited to 10500 since we use 2048 key size.

 

Would that mean that I can go up to 10500 SSL TPS by changing the Guest's license? Or can I now reach 10500 SSL TPS (for all Guest on the single blade)?

 

K6475 indicate we can use 10500 SSL TPS max. K13067 indicate we can use 10500/5 SSL TPS (2100 max). As K13067 has been updated last month, should I consider this one?
