Nov 19, 2015SSL TPS License Limit going to 1 after reactivate license process
Days ago, after run a reactivate license process I found that the systems have a SSL TPS limit of 1, after a conversation with an F5 engineer he recommend me to run againg the reactivate process, after that the SSL TPS limit was correct, in this case 1000. has anyone seen this kind of issue doing the reactivate license process? How can I explain this issue to the end user?

Sounds like a bug. The engineer you talked to, was it a support engineer? If not I would open a support case about it. - Ronald_Godinez_

Hi Brad, thanks for your very fast answer, yes it was support engineer, but he could not tell me the reason with the information of the qkviews. Talking with my f5 sales engineer of the area, he ask me to talk with license department, in order to try to understand what could be the reason. I decide to try in devcentral in order to know if someone report the same issue!
