SSL orchestrator cannot be deployed or undeployed

I'm testing SSL orchestrator functionality on platform BIG-IP i2600 (Software version: 13.0.0 HF2; SSL orchestrator version: 13.0.0-2.2.10).

 

After some implementations and successful deploys, SSL orchestrator stopped working as it should …

 

App is all the time in the error state, even if I try to Deploy or Undeploy it. Every time I try to undeploy it, I get a message »emerg logger: Re-starting restnoded«. Deploy is not possible even with basic settings.

 

I tried to restore BIG-IP to the factory defaults, but after that the previous configuration of the SSL orchestrator remained untouched.

 

I also tried to create a new partition, even in this case the SSL orchestrator configuration was transferred to this partition and remained untouched.

 

The uninstallation process is impossible until the application is undeployed.

 

Is there any possibility to reset the application?
