NimbostratusSome clients receive a blank page during login from ASM
Were using ASM v13 and we have a couple of clients getting a blank page during login to our site. A brief description of error is below. thanks
FWIW, I ran couple tests today.. I have two machines here at home where it fails and one were it works fine. Both running the same version of Edge.
I ran a Fiddler trace on both systems and the one that works, I can see a TSPD request that follows the o/login.aspx page. There’s apparently a script block in there that pulls in:
When it works, this request follows the login and then I see the 302 (redirect) and things work. On the machines that fail, it never makes is past the o/login.aspx page (I never see the TSPD request).

Can you check if the clients which are failing have JavaScript enabled? Do you have any of the bot detection, web scraping, CSRF, CAPTCHA, or any other DoS mitigations enabled?

In v13, you can control allowed and disallowed bots in the DoS profile. You might be able to create a custom bot signature rule to allow the Edge browser.
