HTTPS Monitor: receive string with quotation mark

Hello,

I need to create a HTTPS Monitor to a status page of the application, the answer is like this:

portalStatus:	"AVAILABLE"

(I get this answer from a browser)

when I set the receive string to portalStatus:"AVAILABLE" the Monitor doesn't get the string.

Do I have to use some brackets or backslashes?

could someone help me with this?

    additional info:

    the monitored address is a json-file, any tipps for this?
