SNMPv3 upgrade instructions

I am looking for a link to the instructions to upgrade to SNMPv3. We are currently running V2 and version 10.2.3. I am aware that it will have to be through the command line. This is what I am looking for though.

    It doesn't have to be through command line. And you can setup SNMPv2 and SNMPv3 simultaneously. Then when you want to cutover, just have your monitoring tool changed to use SNMPv3.
