SNMPv3 upgrade instructions

I am looking for a link to the instructions to upgrade to SNMPv3. We are currently running V2 and version 10.2.3. I am aware that it will have to be through the command line. This is what I am lookin...

It doesn't have to be through command line. And you can setup SNMPv2 and SNMPv3 simultaneously. Then when you want to cutover, just have your monitoring tool changed to use SNMPv3.
