SNAT Pool

Hi,   I added a SNAT pool for redirecting the traffic from external LB to internal pool members but it is unable to redirect the traffic? when i do ping it says request time out but never getting ...

We wanted to redirect the traffic from external load balancer (VIP) to the internal servers (pool) (avoiding external servers and internal load balancer) internal in pvt. I have added a SNAT pool list (ip addresses of the internal servers) as the IP for SNAT and added to the VIP but the traffic doesn't seems to flow as per the requirement. I am not sure what the problem is. Please advice
