SHA2 certifcate not supporting in mobile
In our F5 device I configure VIP URL with SHA1 certificate. The same URL is working fine in both Destop and mobile.But After uploading sha2 certificate the URL in desktop it is working fine but in the mobile phone https url is red colour & shows security warning. kindly suggest.

There is no desktop / mobile different capabilities but OS / browsers versions supporting SHA2 or not.

Perhaps the intermediate (or chain) certificate does not match the new certificate. When the CA issued the sha2 certificate, did they specify a intermediate certificate that is different from the one in the SSL client profile?
Internet Explorer will usually not give a certificate error in this condition (I think because Windows Updates load all of the major CA intermediate certs). But Firefox and Chrome, etc will give certificate errors. Just a thought.
