setting an array on one iRule and reading on another

I got my answer elsewhere - wanted to document it here for other users.
A TCL global array is an array that is global to the box. It can be shared between iRules, and you can have one iRule that reads from it and another iRule that writes to it, for instance.
A global array is identified by preceding double-colon ::Array_name
