Session Timeout on F5/LTM

I have a F5/LTM load balancer for china which lets china traffic to move into our servers. User from china are now getting session timeouts when they access our site. We have checked and all traffic from the load balancer is going to a single server only. We are not able to make out what would be the probable reson for this timeouts, but can say that its coming because of some inconsistent behaviour by F5/LTM. Can any one help !! New to f5 so please let me know if i have joined an incorrect group.

    If you want to send a few more details, I can look into this for you. My email is j.wagnon@f5.com. A couple of questions on your issue: do you have a persistence profile turned on? and, what algorithm are you using for load balancing (i.e. round robin, ratio, etc)?
