Session Timeout on F5/LTM

I have a F5/LTM load balancer for china which lets china traffic to move into our servers. User from china are now getting session timeouts when they access our site. We have checked and all traffic ...

If you want to send a few more details, I can look into this for you. My email is j.wagnon@f5.com. A couple of questions on your issue: do you have a persistence profile turned on? and, what algorithm are you using for load balancing (i.e. round robin, ratio, etc)?
