Service Check date vs Entitled Service date

Hi, we have two f5 4000S with version 11.5.4 in HA configuration.

 

I need to upgrade to 13.0.0 HF2 version about security vulnerability issue.

 

These are date for system: Licensed On 2017/05/17 Service Check Date 2017/05/17 These is date for Entitled Service date: Entitled Service : 02-17-2017 - 02-16-2022 If I re-reactive the license with these dates I could have some issue? Thanks in advances

    The service check date gets updated each time the license is reactivated, if there is an active service contract for this BIG-IP system.

     

    Entitled Service date

     

    Goto this link and input your keys,

     

    It will tell your service and warranty information.

     

    In your case, on 02-16-2022 there wont be any further support from F5 for the license you purchased.

     

    And before you also upgrade, you have to re-license. Refer article.
