Hi, we have two f5 4000S with version 11.5.4 in HA configuration.
I need to upgrade to 13.0.0 HF2 version about security vulnerability issue.
These are date for system:

Jul 22, 2017The service check date gets updated each time the license is reactivated, if there is an active service contract for this BIG-IP system.
Entitled Service date
Goto this link and input your keys,
It will tell your service and warranty information.
In your case, on 02-16-2022 there wont be any further support from F5 for the license you purchased.
And before you also upgrade, you have to re-license. Refer article.
